Laundry Service Expands again

Our service has now expanded to cover Bath, North East Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire as well as the Forest of Dean, Cardiff, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, Barry, Usk, Caerphilly, Newport, Cwmbran, Monmouth, Abergavenny, Chepstow, Caldicot, Magor, Raglan, Woolaston and Lydney.

Et Moi

South Wales Nappies have a retail shop in Sudbrook near Caldicot called Et Moi

The shop stocks a range of natural and organic goods for the home and family. We stock a wide range of real nappies along with eco friendly disposables, natural wet wipes, environmentally friendly laundry and cleaning products, organic baby clothes and many more items.

We are able to offer a gift wrapping service and can also make up gift boxes/hampers/bags to meet your budget. Ordering is availabel in person or by telephone.

Since the closure of the baby shop in Caldicot and more recently the baby shop in Chepstow we are aware that local parents are forced to either travel or pay postage from online stores for the little things like sun hats. For this reason we are happy to accept suggestions for items we may be able to stock. Please pop in and ask or give us a ring (01291 427262) if you are looking for something specific.

We are now taking bookings for personal shopping sessions for expectant and new parents. A session will typically include advice on cloth nappies, eco disposables, wipes, slings, clothing for baby, breastfeeding clothes, toiletries and much more.

We welcome breastfeeding mothers and offer a changing area and toys for little ones.

If you are a civil servant or an employee of a local authority, Police, Ambulance Service, Capgemini or the NHS don't forget to bring your photographic ID for 10% off!

We are now stocking a range of baby carrying slings. As converted baby carriers we are now able to demonstrate, hire and sell a range of slings.

2008 saw the introduction of shaped nappies into the laundry service.

We are also able to offer a choice of bamboo, cotton or microfibre along side our traditional prefold system.

How the Laundry Works

Our first step is to offer you a home consultation to discuss your nappy requirements and offer you a full demonstration of how our prefold and shaped nappy systems works.

Should you wish to use our laundry service we will be able to get you started at this point with our nappy bin, your first week’s supply of nappies, nappy liners, laundry bag and a packet of our degradable wet wipes.

When we deliver your weekly supply of nappies we collect the dirties for washing at the same time and supply you with any other goods you may have ordered.

Re-Useable Nappy Hire Service

How does it work?

Our first step depends on your location. Wherever possible we will offer you a home consultation to discuss your nappy requirements and offer you a full demonstration of how the various styles of nappy work.

So what does it contain?

A typical pack contains 25 nappies and 4 wraps so you have enough to only need to wash once you have a full load.

Help us support a baby home in Africa

South Wales Nappies support a baby home for orphaned and abandoned babies in Tanzania.

Forever Angels is a baby orphanage that is unable to care for the many babies they do without much help and support from the UK.

South Wales Nappies pledge to send out all our nappies at the end of their laundry life along with ex demo nappies and wraps.

The baby home are also in great need of nappy liners and for every 2 packs donated by our customers we will donate a pack ourselves.

For those wishing to do a "little something" to help our planet but not wishing to use washable nappies we are now able to offer free home delivery of our eco nappy packages. This service is available to customers within our current delivery area only.

A delivery of Moltex nappies, degradable nappy sacks and natural wet wipes costs only £14.97 and there is no delivery charge.
